The collaboration between the customer and the Zhongda bright filter press co. Ltd. team begins with a detailed analysis of the process and design parameters in order to jointly develop the optimal solution and maximise the benefits for the user in the various fields of application.
Main applications as follows:
Filtration of concentrates from enrichment processes such as flotation (or other beneficiation processes): Non-ferrous metals (copper, zinc, lead, molybdenum, chromium, tin, aluminium, lithium); Ferrous metals (magnetite, hematite, pyrite); Noble metals (gold, silver, palladium, platinum); Rare earths (niobium, osmium, ruthenium, gallium, germanium); Coal (thermal coal, metallurgical coal); Graphite; Phosphates.
Leaching/purification filtration: Non-ferrous metals (copper, lead, zinc, cobalt, nickel, manganese, boron, lithium, arsenic, antimony, titanium, cadmium, vanadium); Noble metals (gold with cyanides, gold bioleaching); Inerts (kaolin, feldspars, clay, silicates, quartzite, carbonates).
Filtration of tailings and wastewater treatment plant sludge: Non-ferrous metals (copper, zinc, lead, red mud, gold, gold bleaching, coal); Iron ore.
