Filter press cloths are available in a wide range of materials, from standard Oxford cloth to quick release monofilament composite. The most commonly used fabric is polypropylene. However, polyester is also available.
For fabrics without gaskets, we can supply latex edges to provide a better seal and therefore less leakage when the press is running.
We have the capability to manufacture replacement filter fabrics for all filter press and plate manufacturers. To determine which filter plate is in your filter press, simply download the filter press drawing and submit the required dimensions. Our staff can then determine which style meets your requirements.
Feeding through the centre hole allows for faster and more uniform filling of the chamber and reduces the risk of damage to the filter plate due to uneven pressure.
The concave chamber design allows for higher feed pressures and prevents the filter plate from bending under high pressure.
When using concave plates, the filter cake is easier to dislodge. When using a plate and frame filter press, the filter cake may not come off as quickly and may require more operations to remove.
The machine is designed and manufactured with the integration of machine, electricity and liquid, with reasonable structure, simple and reliable operation, and convenient maintenance.
